Nice to know I'm not alone. Mine is located on my left forearm, occasionally on my right arm in exactly the same spot. Occurs anytime of day but mostly late afternoon and evening. Fortunately it's not caused sleeplessness. I feel sorry for those of you it has. My Dr. initially Rx'd a creme to no avail. Then prescribed a 10 day regimen of antihistamine and steroids. That helped but a week after the treatment ended it came right back. I see a dermatologist in a few days but after reading these posts, I doubt I'll get any relief. I have suffered from occasional neck pain and tension headaches so maybe that is where I should investigate for some relief.
