Help, I am 62 yrs. old and my knees no longer bend back. They only go back straight but not up toward my sensored.
It actually feels like it is all the way up when I use a band, but then when I look at it it is only half way up.
Any help I can get will be so appreciated.

||The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
