I have had itchy arms for over 10 years. I've used ice, Benadryl, Sarna lotion, Gold Bond lotion, Cort-aid and many other products. My itching is seasonal and always worse @ nite. Currently I am taking 180mg of Allegra each day (reliously) and Beconase (an inhaled steroid) twice a day. Not only do I notice that my allergies are better, I've noticed that my arms barely itch at all. I just have to be very faithful in taking my medication.
