i m having pain in my neck region with dizziness(sometimes).i also feel haevy haed condion with too much pressure on my eyes and seems that my eyes will come ot due to this heavy haed problem.i also feel contraction in my whole skull up to the neck.plz advice that this problem is neuro or related to orthopaedic.
