For 4 months I've had pain in my right shoulder that radiates across my back and neck. I can't walk only 25 yards and sitting on hard surfaces aggravate it. There seems to be a hard tissue that moves around left of my shoulder blade. I'vebeen doing physical therapy for a month now and have had trigger point injections. Nothing seems to rid me of this problem/
