i have the same tingling from neck pain its not carpal tunnel i had surgery for that and its not that. i have a ruptured slipped disk and the pain is unbearable so the dr, told me to go to therepy and have nerve test done so i am but i all ready exersize the arm in artritis class at the ymca i think it got worse.
