I suufered from a severe muscle spasm in my lower lumbar the week prior to xmas. I was taken to hospital, where they gave me muscle relaxants and pain killers and told me to rest. I was unable to take time of work. Now every morning i have severe pains in my left leg predominately behind the left knee and hamstring are also my left sensoredock is sire as if i have pulled another muscle. How can ease this pain as it makes walking painful and is made worse by prolonged sitting. many thanks for your help
