I had a massive itching arm problem for several months. it was so bad that my arms were bleeding from scratching. the only relief i found was ice. I started wrapping my arms with ace bandages every night before i went to bed, which helped, because the less i scratched, the better it was. my dertatologist told me it was something to mdo with a pinched nerve in my neck so i went to my chiroprator for a series of treatments and it went away completely. i also switched to a regular down pillow from the tempu-pedic pillow i had been using for many years. i think that may have had something to do with it because the itching stopped immediately after i switched.

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
