Just found this site and So glad, I know now that Im not alone. I can,t stand the intense prickly, itech that feels like a thousand spiders with wire legs are running about under the skin on my arms. I have tried everything and like everyone else, I feel a freak going to bed with ice blocks as that is the only thing that eases it enough for me to get a little sleep.

I don,t know about anyone else but it makes me have a sickly feeling aswell? I have no back problems however I did break a bone in my ower back about 7 years ago? I am having a blood test on Monday next and the doc has just prescibed tablets which just dope me but I still wake up to itch. It would be nice to feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning instead of goin to work like a zombie. I do feel better that at least I know im not itching alone.

Any info greatly recieved
