Hi, I just have a quik question.. hope someone can answer for me.
16 weeks ago I fell off a horse while jumping a 3'x 3' jump... should have been an un eventful dust yourself off get back on kind of fal.. but it wasn't. I tore my left ACL and medial mensicus. I have chosen so far to go the non surgical route, but it looks like hte meniscus might need some help.
However... I got back on my horse as the surgeon says it's okay as long as i'm ready... and it felt really odd, my husband said I even looked crooken in the saddle. I wonder if i've done something to my back. It does'nt really hurt... it's a bit achey... and it was right after the injury, near the SI joint... on the left side. But no real PAIN.. should see someone about it, or will I work out of it? It's been almost 4 months since I was injured.
THanks

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
