Same thing here...had MRI on neck, MRI and x-rays on back, orthopedist, neurologist but not one can find a reason. I have severe pain in my neck area and test show I do have stenosis but not severe.
Both recommend physical theraphy..next week so will see. So far as many of you have, the only think that helps is ice pack. Will keep looking to see if anyone finds a "cure".
