I have severe pain in my left shoulder blade If I set on a hard surface the pain will get so bad that it will hurt in my left front chest I have taken several Meds, and rubs, but no releif x-rays show nothing I have not noticed any restrection in moving my arm the muscle under my left arm pit is tender. any help
