I have a very sharp pain which comes from just below my right shoulder on occasions it feels like a very dull ache, if I lay on my left side there is no diss-comfort. I get no pain from within the lung or at least inside the lung, I can inhale, and exhale without feeling any pain.

I feel the pain when i bend forward, as then it feels like someone has shoved a red hot poker in the region as it b burns of feels as if it is burning.
