What a relief, I'm not alone! Same deal. My itching has been on my right shoulder only for about 3 years on and off. It has just recently moved lower down my arm and now intermittenly itches on the top portion of my arm near where the elbow bends or on the shoulder again. I just had a blood test and everything was quite normal.
