About 18 months ago while crouching down to pick something up my groin popped,it was very painful for a while after,i have no pain now but when lifting my leg the movement is restricted.I also have a lot of lower back problems it feels lumpy in parts the doctor says it is in spasms,this has been a problem for about a year now.Have yo any ideas as to what the problem is?
