Hi, I have a syatic nerve problem when I get up in the morning I feel fine and if i stand i feel fine, its when I sit at work and drive the car that my pain comes. Are there any excersies I should be doing and ones that I should not do. I have always been a gym person and do not want to do anything that might cause me more pain. Also is there a special kind of chair I could use at work that might help with the pain. tks marilyn
