I was diagnosed with a pinched siatic nerve 8 yrs. ago when I was pregnant with my son. After his delivery I began taking pain meds that affected my liver so I went from there to physical theropy 3xs per week. I currently do not have insurance so I have not been to physical theorpy for almost 2 yrs. The past mth I am constant pain because of this. Some days I can barely walk other days I can tolerate it with tears. Is there anything I can do / not do to help at this point. When I was daignosed they said it was not bad enough for surgery but it might come to that. They said my hips don't line up and that is the cause of the pinched siatic nerve. Please email me with any suggestions on things I can do to releive the pain or avoid to simply decresse the pain.

Thank you
Nika
