i have throbbing pain in my right leg, pain radiates up and down.when i lie down to sleep,thats when pain gets worse. i took a mri and it showed i had apinched nerve,from my buldging disc in my back.imight have to have a surgery. is there any thing else that can be done besides surgery?

Ankle braces go on fast and the athlete does the applying so there is no waiting in line to be taped. Valuable trainer and coach time is saved when taping is eliminated. In an independent sudy of athletes Swede-O ankle braces were chosen as most comfortable.
