I've had minor tingling of the fingers for a long time now, but recently my right hand has become quite sore, especially around the wrist area. The causes could be many - using a computer or sleeping on my right hand as I often do. I am a light smoker (6 smokes a day), but I am trying to quit.
Is there anything I can do to stop the often annoying pain in my right hand?
