i suddenly felt pain near the groin area, it felt like my vein throbbing, the whole leg felt weak/numb. It was very painful and i had to avoid walking for 2 days untill it was bearable. I have no idea what could have caused this as i did no out-of-the ordinary activities. It has been a week and it still feels "sensitive", faint throbbing in the calf and going areas and sometimes behind the knee...There are no visible symptoms such as bruising...I am 29, fairly athletic and suffer from no medical conditions. What could it be??

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
