:Hello all Im a 27 year old male and I am having the same problem too with sharp pain in my upper back on the right side. it involves my shoulder, chest, neck and shoulder blade. I get headaches at least once a week starting at the base of my head then shooting up to the front making my eyes water from the intense pain, Ive been like this for about 4 years and Ive had Enough id rather be smacked in the chin with a ball peened hammer than to live with this damn pain Some please tell me WTF is causing this pain....
