For about 2-3 months my chest has been cracking. Recently it has been getting worse and more frequent. I know it is not my sternum. It is cracking on the right side of my chest. The doctor said it could be cartilage catching my rib and that I should try stretching and seeing if that helps. Just curious to see if anybody had any other ideas. I just don't like the fact that he doesn't know what is wrong.

Anatomically knitted knee support incorporating contoured silicone insert surrounding the patella: The kinetically integrated guide counteracts lateralization of the pattella. During activity the insert not only counteracts patellar malalignment but provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
