I GOT A SEVERE HEAD COLD,AND UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION. EXTREME TENSION AND WORK STRESS BROUGHT IT ON. THE COLD IS GONE BUT THE BURNING BETWEEN MY SHOULDER BLADES PERSISTS. I AM DOING YOGA EXERCISES,HEATING PADS FOLLOWED BY COLD PACKS, AND A HYDROCORDON PILL EACH DAY. I BELIEVE THAT IT IS A POSTURE, TENSION/STRESS INJURY. DEEP BREATHING AND RELAXATION TECHNIQUES HELP. IT WILL TAKE TIME TO HEAL. MICHAEL
