I have the same pain...like a giant knot under my left shoulder blade/next to it. Sometimes it becomes so painful i have to stop what im doing. I'm only 23, and a rower and cyclist, but nobody seems to know what causes this. I also have stiffness in my neck, and occasionally when i bend to pick something up ill hear a crunch/pop in my spine that is tight and painful. Any ideas? anyone?
