Thank goodness I am not alone. I have been suffering for a month now and nothing works! This started the day after I sat in a hot spa bath, and the day of a flu vacine and is as intense today as it was then. How odd. I have tried many creams and potions, and yes it is slightly worse at night, or when I wear a wool jumper. I was told today that the authorities have recently topped up the water? With what I asked chemicals I am told. Could it be something in the water?
