wow, I finally found my club- the upper back pain club! I have been researching online today all types of sources for my problem but none describe just what I have and often they include numbness in arms and hands that I don't have. I have had intense burning pain in my upper back off and on for years and sometimes I aggravate it so that spasms hit the nerves and then it's just godawefull pain! I've been to reg. doctors, chiropractors, massage therapy and noone has a lasting solution. I am a healthy person elsewise and I'm so tired of this pain! I just went for another refill of muscle relaxers and anti-inflames, I hate taking pills! I want a lasting solution that ends this for good.
