: I have pain in the back right side of my neck that goes down my back along the right side of my shoulder blade down into my arm with tingling and numbness in my hands and feet. My Legs feel very heavy to walk at times. I am sometimes nuseated, tired, weak and off balance. My sleep is disturbed and I wake up unrested.

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
