I've been in the same unfortunate boat for several years now with intense, i'm going crazy, night-time arm itching. With the lack of sleep on top of it I'm getting pretty desprate.

The lotion "Sarna" with menthol and camphor helps. But icing my arms through the night really seems to take off the edge.

My concern is that this is a symptom of another problem (this certainly can't be normal). A dermotologist has discussed that this could be brachioradial puritis- a result of some type of back/disc issue.

Looking for REAL answers too...
