: : Hi my partner is only 33 and is very dependant on his strength, all his life he has been sporty and his proffession is plastering hence his father wants to pass him down a business that he is unable to do! He loves his job but has been in and out of work for about 7 years with this back trouble!
: : He has a slipped disc that is pressing on a nerve and has had scans and an operation and has now had injections like epidural and the other ones that you can only have a couple of times! this still hasn't worked and now the hospital is trying to fob him off with pain management courses that only teach him to live with the pain not help cure it!
: : Are there any operations that can help as this is getting to him physically and very much so mentally!
: : For a man that relys on his strength and body so much it is not fair and is causing problems in more ways than one, He has tried all the therapies and none help or have any long term help, can you suggest anything?........at all?
