In the middle of my back, pain often radiates to my left rear rib cage. Often times, this pain persists while sitting/standing/lying down. It is a constant burning feeling. When I bend over or lie down, I can feel an abnormal gap in the middle of the t-spine. This gap is painful to the touch and is twice as large as the other gaps. The MRI scan revealed nothing. I think that I may have hyper-extended my back a few years ago. What could this be?
