I had an accident about 7 years ago. I now know (2005) that I suffered an SI Joint injury. I recently found this out.

I am seeing a chriopractor and it helps a bit. I am also using an Infra Red Sauna. The IR Sauna helps the most. I am now trying to find exercises that will help strenghten the area. If anyone knows of a good plan please email me.
