I'm thinking I have a pinched nerve but I don't know for sure. My pain is in my mid to upper back on my right side and all the way down my right arm. It's worse when I sit. Laying flat helps. Lifting my arm up helps some too. I had this a year ago and it took 6 weeks to go away. Any idea of what it is and how I can alleiviate the pain and make it go away - and never come back. It's very painful! Thank you.
