My L5 herniated 3 years ago quite suddenly and I
was rushed to emergency and put on Morphene
until I lost feeling, worse I guess. I was operated on and I had no nerve feeling for
2 years. Finally got it back and then my L4 herniated. Constant spasm and a numb leg again
How should I procede on a less serious L4 but
annoying constant pain?
