I am 21 and 1/2 year old female. But my height is only 5 feet 3 inches. So, to grow taller, I take some stretching exercises. I walk across my room holding my hands up and stretching my whole body as much as I could for about 15 minutes everyday. Is it still possible to gain height by exercising at this age? If so, are there any other good exercises? One or two more inches and I will be OK..... Or swimming regularly will help me?
