My MRI results are greek to me..and my follow up appt with doc isnt until 6/6..hoping someone can help me..How serious is all of this..This is the impression word for word
1)Moderate protrusion L5-S1 centrally but pressure effect at L5-s1 level is minimal
2)Moderate protrusion L4-5 centrally associated with slight pressure effect upon the sac. There is moderate facet joint hypertrphy bilaterally along with the ligamentum flavum although no objective stenosis is produced.
3)Scmorl's nodes of moderate size superior and inferior end plates L1
It also says Slight joint hypertrophy at L2-3
Can anyone please tell me what all this means in english ???
