I'm 49 years old. My left hip socket and upper thigh have been hurting for over a year. When I get up from sitting in a chair is when the ache is intense. It feels better when I walk around. Sometimes the ache goes all the way to my knee cap. I do a lot of stretching and yoga, light weight lifting and walk 2.5 miles 4 times a week. I've tried exercising more and exercising not at all. I'm 120lbs and other wise very healthy. I have never injured myself in any way. What the heck is causing this annoying ache?!

Bio Skin compression shorts offer a significant advance over other brands. They supply superior compression to the groin and hamstring without the bulk of the typical compression shorts.
