i have pain in my lower back and it hurts to sit or stand for more than 15 mins i went to the doc and he said it was inflamation of the tissue around my lower back and im a lil overweight i took anti inflamation for 60 days and i reduced dramatically but didnt go away now it has more than trippled in size and it hasnt been more than 6weeks since i stopped taking my meds what do think is wrong

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
