Today I was at cheerleading practice and since Im a flyer I am usually the one no where near the ground if you know what I mean... (keyword: FLYER)But during one of my stunts I lost balance and my main base, secondary base and back try to catch me but the floor took care of that. During the process of my fall I was kicked in my stomach and in my chest area. Soon after I started feeling sharpe pains like as if I was being stabed or something inside of me was stabing me. So I went to the Hospital and I was checked out. Doctor said nothing was broken, but I had a bruised rib. I know I was having breathing problems like the ones when it hurts to take deep breathes and ones when you get tired of doing simple everyday things, like picking up my bookbag, looking in the refrigerator or even answering my email. Never had pain hurt this bad. Does anyone know how long the pain will last and what can I do to relieve the pain?

For Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The silicone insert fits next to the skin. The insert stabilizes the muscles and apply force to relieve epicondylitis.
