I have horrible neck pain. The Dr. said I have degenative wearing (Spelling)
What is the solution for this. I am going to a therapist and he is doing deep tissue therapy. I also have lower back problems. Spinal stenois arthritis spurs and 3 bulging disks. What is the solution. barb barb@cpinternet.com
