I have suffered knee pain for the last 10 years now and i am only seventeen. it started off as Osgood Schlatters's disease but now i am being told i have patellar tendonosis. i play a lot of county and regional sport, mainly hockey and cricket and have tried several types of physio and strapping, but the problem is getting worse. the only thing i have been told is to use RICE (rest ice compression and elevation) and ultrasound treatment. i haven't responded to this at all, but others might. any help or ideas would really be appreciated.
