about a month or so ago i used to every now and again deliberately crack my tailbone. all of a sudden i got this really bad pain in the tailbone area and it hurt to sit down and stand up. when i did stand up i was all hunched over and it took a good several minutes for me to be able to straighten back up. i was also still in a lot of discomfort. about a week and a half later the pain went away, thank god. however, i have been trying not to crack my tailbone but whenever i sneeze or cough, it cracks and now i'm in the same situation again where it takes me forever to get in and out of my car, stand up and sit down. have you ever heard of anything like this and is it serious?? thanks
