I am wondering what is wrong with my back. The left upperside is always hutring, my shoulder is pushed foward very far. The left side of my back when i bend over sticks out higher than the other side. My spine has always been curved a little but now in my senior year of High School its the worst its ever been.I have trouble sitting in chairs but I sit with my upperback the lower back does not touch the chair and its hard to concentrate in class cause I cant get comfortable. My shoulder blaid sticks out when i move it back or really anywhere. If you know of any type of exercises or treatments please let me know. Thank you
