I have a spot on the right side of my spine that is almost under the shoulder blade that is constantly inflamed and burns to the touch. If I touch it or splay out my arms (like if I was lying on the floor with my arms spread on either side), it burns all the way down to my fingertips on both arms. I know it wasn't from any injury that I know of, because I've had this problem since my early teens (I'm 20 now) and just never dealt with it until recently when it began to feel worse.

Any idea what is wrong?
