Hi! I have the same problems you have. I had a severe whiplash injury that started mine. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and TMJ disorder (mostly in my right jaw) and thoracic outlet syndrome. What helps me most is the excercises that help thoracic outlet sydrome, I found these on the internet. Also, I massage my jaw and head, carefully. I take a multi vitamin, plus I take extra magnesium, MSM, glucosamine sulfate, and vitamin C. Sometimes I tak guaifenesin for stiffness. This all seems to help a lot.:
