YOU HAVE HAD THIS QUESTION ALOT, BUT I CAN;T FIND THE ANSWER. MY NECK IS THE PROBLEM. WHEN I LOOK LEFT ONLY IT CRACKS. IT HAS BEEN DOING THIS MORE THEN 10 TIMES A DAY. I AM 54 YRS OLD AND I DID HAVE AN MRI FOR OTHER PROBLEMS AND HE DID SAY AT THAT TIME I DID HAVE ONE BAD DISK. THAT WAS 3 YRS AGO. COULD THIS DISK BE GETTING WORSE? IT IS SO ANNOYING.
