I have had back pain for almost seven years now. I dont know how it started, but in the last few months it has gotten worse so i had an MRI and these are the results...
1: L5-S1: Mild disc degenerative disease with minimal diffuse annular bulge.
2: L4-5: Tiny central/right paracentral herniated nucleus pulposus without obvioys nerve root compression.
Could you please tell me what this means so I know what to do next...my back is killing me. Thank you.
