I have the same problem but it is in the centre of between my shoulder blades, i have had this pain since i was about 17 and i am now 19. it has gotten worse and I am in pain when i take a large breath or when i lie down and breath out. When I streach I hear cracking noises and it really hurts but after i feal relieved but it doesnt last very long.
