I am 26, 185lbs and in good health. But I get these back pains that last a few days then go away. It is behind my right shoulder blade. It is not a constant pain. It only hurts if I try to lift something, including my arm. It is sharp pain that takes my breath away, and goes away after relaxing for a second.
