For about 6 weeks now, I have been bothered by what seems to be siatica. It is at its worse in the morning, and seems to get better as the day goes on. As night time come on, it starts in again. It bothered me for about 3 weeks when I had a day of needing to go up and down a ladder all day(I'm a carpenter), and the next day it was gone. Over about a weeks time it gradually came back. My question is, is there some type of exercise which helps to relieve the siatic pain, or do you think that ladder work had nothing to do with my relief for a week?
