trigeminal neuralgia

I hope you can help me. I have been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia. I am a 27 year old mother and wife. They say this usually doesn't affect people of my age, but it sure does affect me. The pain is scary and horrible, but the medications are also. I was wondering if there were any chiropractic treatments for this.
